How Data Is Organised

Almost everything in Kllustr belongs to a location, a store or warehouse you work in.

  • A store is where you sell to customers and take orders
  • A warehouse holds central stock that supplies your stores
  • Inventory, menu, orders, and reports are scoped to the active location in the top bar

When you switch locations, you switch which branch’s data you are viewing and editing.

Typical Daily Workflow

  1. Open a till session at your store
  2. Place orders via POS as customers buy
  3. Stock is deducted automatically from inventory (via menu recipes)
  4. Close the till at end of day and reconcile cash
  5. Review reports for sales and inventory
  • Quick Setup: log in and configure your first location
  • Roles & Permissions: understand what each role can do
  • Stores: set up your branches and warehouses
